Facilities include 3 luxury en suite rooms, 2 doubles, one twin, flat screen TV in all bedrooms hairdryers in all rooms, soaps and shampoos provided.  Tea coffee making facilities and homemade biscuits. A small fridge with fresh milk bottled bowland spring water are available as are morning papers  and the use of dvds and games, and a cd player in the lounge. We also have a TV/DVD in the lounge.
