Pre Arrival

There is a bus stop in the square. We are 15mins from both Poulton le Fylde and Kirkham railway  station and approx 45 mins fron Preston station all by car.

Arrival and Carparking

Plenty of free parking in the square 
Tarmaced surface flat.
We can assist with luggage
We are in the village in the square

Main entrance

There is a small step( 100mm) to the front of the bed and breakfast and a (50mm and 150mm step) at the rear of the property. The front door of the property is locked you get a key for your room and also for the front door. Reception is in the cafe next door which has a 100mm step but a ramp is provided. The hallway of the property has a wooden floor but all other rooms are carpeted. Door entrances to the cafe are wide and the entrance to the B&B is wide.

Rooms

3 rooms one on ground floor twin beds large shower with a step up over the shower tray. Two rooms on first floor one with rolltop bath other with shower. No public toilet but caffe toilets accessible through courtyard at rear.

Dining

Breakfast in the caffe tables with central legs and movable, disabled toilet facilities provided in the caffe. Ramp provided at entrance. Background music played .
